We count real enquiries. Nothing is charged before the first one. After that, billing starts at your monthly price (£99 founding, £149 regular), and you get a short report every month.
What counts as an enquiry?
A genuine request from a potential customer: a quote form sent through your new website, or a call of 20 seconds or more to the tracked number shown on your website. Spam, tests, duplicates and contacts from you or your staff don’t count.
When do I pay the first fee?
Only after your first enquiry has arrived. You get a note with the details and seven days to tell us if it wasn’t genuine. After that, monthly billing starts – £99 a month if you are one of our first 10 customers, otherwise the regular £149 a month.
What is the founding price?
Our first 10 customers pay £99 a month instead of the regular £149, and that price is locked for 12 months. After that, the regular price applies. There is still no setup fee, and nothing is charged until your first enquiry arrives.
What if nothing comes in?
If no enquiry arrives within 60 days of your site going live, you can leave at no cost. You won’t have paid anything.
Do I own my domain and Google profile?
Yes. The domain is registered in your business’s name and your Google Business Profile stays yours – we are added as a manager, nothing more.
How do you get reviews?
We help you ask every customer for a review, with a simple link and QR code. We never filter out unhappy customers and never offer rewards for reviews.
How much of my time does it take?
About 20 minutes: a short call or a few written answers, plus some photos of your work if you have them. We do the rest.
